​Conducting site visits will be

​Field Notes
​
​Documenting each room and elevation with tape measures and laser measuring devices establishes an accurate documentation of the process.
Photographs are used alongside with the field ​notes in creating the finalized product.
​Below is a sample of field notes from a typical residential project.

​Time Frame
​Once the final site visit has been conducted, drawings are usually completed within one to two weeks.

The existing condition documentation covers walls, doors and windows that defines the outline of the building/room. Existing conditions that are not documented are all underground objectives (utility lines, septic tank, sprinklers etc…), anything behind the wall/ceiling construction (basically if it can’t be seen with the naked eye) and any areas of the building that are not simply accessible. 
Upon the clients request, documenting HVAC duct work, electrical outlets and light fixtures can be done as well.
