I have been in the field of Architecture and creating Existing Condition Documentations for over 28 years.
I attended Dutchess Community College, where I received an Associate In Applied Science, Construction Technology - Architectural Technology, May 1991.
Then I attended New York Institute of Technology, and received my Bachelor of Architecture, June 1996.
Producing existing condition documentation is one of the most important aspects of a project. It builds the foundation for an accurate start to a project.
Over the years I have worked on many different types of projects, ranging from a 200 square foot residential deck to a 150,000 square foot warehouse. No project is too small.
